Oopbuy Spreadsheet: QC, Consolidation & Parcel-Fee Guide
Oopbuy is a shopping agent for Weidian, Taobao and 1688 links that structures an order as a cost-and-decision trail rather than a single purchase screen. Goods move from the source listing and domestic purchase to warehouse receiving, QC, storage, consolidation and final dispatch, and the checkout separates recharge, purchase, customs and forwarding amounts. An Oopbuy spreadsheet is therefore most useful as a ledger: record the source listing, the paid item total, the QC decision, warehouse status, insurance choice and the final parcel quote before approving each handoff.
Oopbuy suits shoppers who want an auditable cost trail. Its spreadsheet should follow every handoff — source price and payment, the QC decision, warehouse deadlines, consolidation, insurance and the final parcel quote — instead of reducing the whole decision to one item total.

About Oopbuy
Oopbuy's official help centre describes a plain agent workflow: submit a supported product link, pay for the goods, wait for seller-to-warehouse delivery, review the warehouse inspection, then create a waybill for international dispatch. The platform publishes a no-separate-agent-commission model, a generally ¥8 customs declaration fee and separate domestic and international freight. It documents PayPal, international cards, Wise and Klarna as payment choices, and a storage policy of 90 normal days, 30 days for abnormal packages and ¥10 per additional 30 days after expiry. Our testing team ordered through the site and logged the live checkout rather than trusting a rate table. On 2026-09-19 a supplied Weidian listing showed ¥860 as approximately US$143.88 and ¥15 of seller-to-warehouse freight as approximately US$2.51, a snapshot of about 5.9772 CNY per US$1, with a credit-card recharge fee measured at 7.09%. Those figures describe one dated order. They are evidence to record, not a promise about your own parcel. The strongest spreadsheet habit is to preserve each handoff: source CNY price, Oopbuy USD display, domestic freight, customs reference, payment charge, QC decision and the live shipping quote. Keep the date beside every number, because a later price change should not overwrite the reason a decision was made.
What works well
Official cost components are itemized instead of hidden inside one agent-fee line, so the goods price, domestic freight, declaration fee and international freight can each be checked.
PayPal, international cards, Wise and Klarna are all documented payment routes, which spreads the risk of a single blocked funding source.
Storage terms are published: 90 days for normal packages, 30 days for abnormal packages, then ¥10 per additional 30 days.
Parcel pricing runs through a live estimator keyed to destination, chargeable weight and route, rather than a single fixed shipping table.
What to check
The displayed conversion is a checkout snapshot only; customs treatment, international shipping and payment-channel charges still need separate checks before you approve a parcel.
Published warehouse inspection covers quantity, color, size and visible specifications, but not color difference, size error, usage effect or the quality and model of specialist electronics.
Route availability, warehouse workload and the final quote can change between the estimate and the waybill, so reconfirm live order and parcel details before paying.
A forwarding-platform fee may apply on top of international shipping where the service agreement states 8%; that is a different charge from the credit-card recharge fee.
The 7.09% recharge figure came from our dated test snapshot and is not a guaranteed permanent rate.
Is Oopbuy legit?
Oopbuy's official pages show a live product snapshot rather than a fixed rate, and the operator is listed as Openbuy Technology HK Limited with support at [email protected]. On 2026-09-19 the supplied Weidian listing displayed ¥860 as approximately US$143.88 and ¥15 of seller-to-warehouse shipping as approximately US$2.51, which works out to 860 ÷ 143.88 = 5.9772 CNY per US$1. Record both the source and the displayed value with the date, and do not treat that snapshot as a guaranteed exchange rate. Our testing team logged the same order and measured a 7.09% credit-card recharge fee on it; that is one dated observation, not a permanent published rate.
Storage windows and deadlines
Oopbuy's storage page states that normal packages have 90 days from the received status. Packages with abnormal or incomplete receiving information have a 30-day validity period from the signed-for status. After the free period the documented extension is ¥10 per 30 days. Add the status date to the spreadsheet and set a reminder before the deadline, because a carefully built item record is worthless if the parcel expires before you submit a waybill.
What you actually pay
The official service and fees page says the total is product cost plus international shipping and the customs declaration fee, with Chinese domestic freight sitting on the goods side of the ledger. It gives ¥8 as a general customs declaration reference, depending on the shipping method, and notes that optional value-added services are extra. For our test item we kept the ¥860 product, ¥15 domestic freight, the displayed USD amounts and the eventual international quote in separate columns so no line could hide inside another.
International shipping and inspection scope
Oopbuy sends the order to its warehouse before any international dispatch. Its inspection page says staff verify quantity, color, size and other visible specifications, remove ordinary outer express packaging and store goods in Oopbuy packaging where appropriate. Color difference, size error, usage effect, and the quality or model of specialist electronics fall outside that stated scope, so a clean QC photo set is not a guarantee about those points. Decide in advance which defects you would accept and record that decision beside the photos.
How we estimate Oopbuy prices
Use the official Oopbuy estimator for the destination, packed dimensions, chargeable weight and shipping method. The published charges page links to that estimator rather than promising one universal rate. Compare the live quote against chargeable weight, route restrictions, customs treatment, insurance and the delivery estimate, and store the quote date or reference. A catalog shipping number for a different parcel is not evidence for yours.
How to use Oopbuy
1. Build the item record before payment
Paste the original Weidian, Taobao or 1688 URL into the first column, then add the Oopbuy product URL, seller name, item ID, variant, quantity and source CNY price. Compare the parsed title and options against the source page. If an option is missing or misread, stop and use Oopbuy's manual or DIY purchase path instead of guessing.
2. Freeze the dated payment snapshot
Record the source CNY item price, domestic freight, Oopbuy product reference, payment channel, the credit-card recharge fee shown or measured, any coupon and the checkout date in separate cells. Save the order number and seller details so the payment can later be matched to the warehouse receipt.
3. Log warehouse receipt, QC and the deadline
When Oopbuy marks the item received, enter the status date and review the available inspection photos. The published scope covers quantity, color, size and visible specifications; it does not promise to detect color difference, size error, usage effect or specialist-electronics quality and model issues. Mark the row accepted, clarification needed or after-sales needed, and calculate the 90-day normal or 30-day abnormal deadline.
4. Quote, reconcile and submit the parcel
Run Oopbuy's official estimator with destination, parcel contents, chargeable weight and intended route. Record international freight, the route-specific customs declaration reference (generally ¥8), any forwarding-platform fee (the service agreement may state 8% of international shipping), insurance or optional services and the final payable amount in separate columns. Reconcile packed weight against the quote before submitting the waybill, and never copy a shipping price from another parcel.
Shopping-agent guide
Use the Oopbuy spreadsheet as an order-control record rather than a wish list. Keep the original source URL next to the Oopbuy URL, one row per item or parcel, and separate the CNY price, domestic freight, payment method, recharge fee, coupons, warehouse QC, storage deadline, international shipping, customs declaration and any forwarding-platform fee. Record the route and the date on every row so later changes do not quietly replace the evidence behind an earlier decision. The point of the ledger is handoff control. Before you pay, the row shows what you think you are buying and at what source price. At warehouse receipt it shows what actually arrived and what the inspection did or did not confirm. Before you submit a waybill it shows the packed weight, the quoted route, the declaration reference and the total you are about to accept. If any column is missing when you are asked to approve a step, that is the signal to stop and check the live order rather than guess.
