Step 2 — Submit the order and pay
Place the purchasing order and pay the item price plus the domestic delivery fee to the warehouse, choosing the mainland or Hong Kong warehouse depending on where the goods ship from. Payment options include international credit and debit cards, Wise, bank transfer, Bitcoin, Alipay and WeChat Pay, with different top-up fees for each method. Superbuy's loyalty points can be redeemed against shipping or merchandise, and points are earned by checking in, completing your profile, sharing and shopping; 100 points equal 1 CNY.
Step 3 — Inspection, storage and extras
Once the item reaches the warehouse, Superbuy inspects it and uploads three free item photos; Weidian orders get three additional photos. Inspection covers appearance — style, colour, size and model — and paid extras such as detailed inspection, extra photography, product videos, live try-on photos and power-on testing for electronics are available. Storage is free for 90 days, extendable to a maximum of 180 days, after which items are treated as abandoned.
Step 4 — Consolidate and ship out
Combine several warehouse items into one parcel and compare the available shipping routes before paying. Shipping is prepaid as a deposit based on estimated weight, and if the carrier's final weight and volume come out cheaper, the difference is refunded to your Superbuy account. Because cost depends on weight and volume, adding small everyday items such as socks, underwear or phone cases to an existing parcel rarely raises the price. Requesting a packaging video, reinforced or moisture-proof packing, or ordering the parcel before the storage window closes avoids surprises.
